The Developer who develops with uncontrolled desire, damages the environment. Human being is consists of Desire, Reason, Instinct and Conscience as nowadays among some of my friends known as “Kwadran Bele” (“Bele Quadrant”). In the sub-district of Southern Lamaknen, Belu District, East Nusa Tenggara Province, there are 17,127 people. They developed their environment with uncontrolled desire so they damaged their environment and their residence contiuously year by year. The result is clear now that their land is heavily damaged and actually unhabitable anymore. In this place the researcher made a qualitative research for four years, 2014 to 2018. The root of the problem is that the people developed their environment with uncontrolled desire without considering a good reason,humanity and conscience aspects. The way-out is the people themselves have firstly to be urged to be aware of themselves as human being who develop with a sound and pure desire, reason, instinct and conscience.

The research in the Sunda Strait was carried out because its position which is very close to the City of Jakarta, the State Capital of the Republic of Indonesia so that it has a very high escalation of potential threats faced with the potential threat of national defense that may occur in the Sunda Strait if it is not anticipated. Transnational crime rates in Indonesia from year to year have always risen sharply, the capture of drug smuggling in Banten waters in the amount of 1 (one) ton in 2017, it is very clear that Jakarta has been the target of asymmetric warfare. Taking this into account: "What is the synergy of maritime institutions in carrying out their main tasks in the face of the asymmetrical warfare threat in the Sunda Strait of Banten Province?" This research uses descriptive phenomenological qualitative research methods with a discussion using the theory of synergy. The resource persons involved as informants were all law enforcers at sea and related parties. Paying attention to the interview data to the resource person, that there is a synergy in the implementation of the main tasks and functions of each institution in the maritime sector, although it is still running on its own, this can be proven in the absence of information exchange, so that one another looks for information individually. Found a supporting factor in the form of the existence of a forum between law enforcement and the local government, but also found the main obstacles namely the limited budget to support operational activities and the limited support of facilities / infrastructure needed. In addition, there are also obstacles to information sharing between law enforcement. To conclude the results of this study, it can be concluded that official and unofficial maritime forums are needed which can bring together stakeholders to exchange information that can be used for the benefit of overcoming asymmetric warfare in the Sunda Strait in accordance with the potential of their respective task fields and functions. These forums are to eliminate the inhibiting factors of synergy in the implementation of defense policies with different interests and interpretations in terms of their implementation. The difference in interpretation is due to differences in the organizational structure of each implementor.

These days internet is primarily needs of technology advances which used for propaganda. One of essential object of propaganda is widespread of misleading information (hoax). In addition, Central Java had several issues such as children trafficking. Semarang City, Tegal District, Brebes District, Cilacap District, Weru Sub-District Sukoharjo, Banyumas District, Pekalongan District, Batang District, Demak District was exposed by malicious deception (hoax). The widespread misleading information about children smuggling through social media has significant effect. It could be brought an domino issues, hence it needs a good communication among state, private, and society. The aim of this research is for analyze the role of stakeholders in Central Java addressing the preventive toward of hoax in terms of governance perspective also stakeholder obstacles involved. Descriptive qualitative is used for this study, analytical data technique is used to support also interactive data. According the latest research and data analyze Indonesia has high commitment. Meanwhile, Law number 11 Year of 2008 about Information and Electronic Transaction mentioned The Government was built cooperation between private and society to prevent and fight of misleading information. In other hand, there are a lot sites contain of hoax, pornography, or containing ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-group relations issues cannot cover by governance, while many rejection revised of law, it could be due to the government has access, and free to block the harmful site.

Inovasi Pelayanan SI Dukun 3 in 1 di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan

The purpose of this study was to analyze the service innovation of SI DUKUN 3 IN 1 at the Pasar Minggu General Hospital in South Jakarta to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the 3 in 1 traditional healer system at Pasar Minggu Hospital. This study uses 5 indicators from Rogers' theory, and uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using the Analysis Model from Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the service innovation of SI DUKUN 3 IN 1 at the Pasar Minggu General Hospital in South Jakarta was measured through the attributes of Relative advantage, seen from the satisfaction of the people who had felt the services of the 3 IN 1 DUKUN SUPPORT program. all are still in a positive assessment with responsive and friendly handling. it's just that for the problem the elimination of BPJS was eliminated which was very unfortunate. Compability, In conformity with the innovation of the shaman 3 in 1 it is considered to have been very suitable for the community with what was expected by the community so far, because now the community is easier and more practical. Complexity, With a good response from Hospital staff and a consistent system, the service of the 3 in 1 shaman goes well. So from that the community does not feel any difficulties or obstacles. Triabilty, During the development of the 3 IN 1 DUKUNUN program tried to test directly to the public and the results received were quite satisfactory, it could be seen from the satisfaction that the community had tried service for SI DUKUN 3 IN 1 at RSUD Pasar Minggu.

Saat ini permasalahan sampah telah mencapai tahap krisis global dan mengkhawatirkan. Sampah dalam jumlah banyak menjadi polusi baik di darat, laut dan udara yang berdampak merugikan masyarakat. Bank sampah didirikan dengan tujuan mengajarkan dan membiasakan masyarakat untuk menerapkan prinsip 4R (reduce, reuse, recycle, replant) dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan riset kualitatif terkait peran human spirit dalam pengelolaan bank sampah. Dari penelitian ini terungkap bahwa peran human spirit sangat dominan dalam pengelolaan bank sampah.

Linguistically and genetically, the Austronesians spread throughout the land and islands of Southeast Asia to Madagascar, New Zealand, Eastern Island, and Hawaii. They have closeness in language and even culture. Western Malayo-Polynesian is one of the sub-groups of Austronesian language families located in Sumatra, Kalimantan, Java, Bali, Lombok, Sumbawa, and Sulawesi. Vernacular and traditional houses are the result of a local civilization and culture in this region. Indeed, architecture is a language that is implemented in form design. Because of the closeness of language in one family group, the proximity of architectural characteristics tends to be similar. What are the architectural characteristics of the homes of Western Malayo-Polynesian speakers? This study uses a qualitative approach, which aims to read the architectural characteristics of vernacular and traditional houses in the region. The data are collected mostly from secondary data and the rest are primary data in the field, which are then analyzed by discussing aspects of space and its form aspects. The results of this study indicate the similarity of principles in space aspects which tend to be consistent and the similarity of principles in aspects of the form that tend to be similar but with variations.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan managemen pembelajaran aktif berbasis website pada era revolusi industri 4.0 yang meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran, pengorganisasian pembelajaran, pengimplementasian pembelajaran, pengontrolan pembelajaran, pengevaluasian pembelajaran sampai dengan faktor pendudkung dan pengahmabat, adapun masalah yang terjadi yaitu masih belum di manage nya pembelajaran yang baik di SMK Negeri 2 Argamakmur Bengkulu Utara, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah memberikan efek yang sangat luar biasa setelah dilakukan manajemen pembelajaran aktif berbasis website pada era revolusi industri 4.0 terlihat dengan siswa/i yang ada dilingkungan jauh lebih mudah mendapatkan materi dan informasi baik yang ada didalam sekolah maupun yang diluar sekolah, kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah proses manajemen dapat berjalan dengan sangat baik ketika adanya penerapan berbasis website pada era revolusi industri 4.0 semuanya jauh lebih cepat, akurat dan terukur dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasi, pengimplementasian, pengontrolan dan pengevaluasian.

Penyelenggaraan manajemen di perguruan tinggi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh infrastruktur, fasilitas, dan dukungan dana semata. Namun hal ini juga ditentukan keberhasilan mengelola Sumber Daya Manusia. Pemimpin merupakan penentu keberhasilan dan suksesnya tujuan ini. Kepemimpinan lebih merupakan hasil dari transformasi internal dalam diri seseorang. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional mempunyai peran yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran dan kendala gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Diponegoro. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Triangulasi data menggunakan triangulasi metode, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional di instansi ini diarahkan sesuai dengan visi, yaitu pada tahun 2020 menjadi pusat pendidikan vokasi (terapan) yang unggul dan bertaraf internasional. Pemimpin memiliki peran signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Pemimpin juga memainkan peranan kritis, yaitu melalui strategi peningkatan kuantitas tenaga kependidikan, peningkatan kualitas tenaga kependidikan, dan pengembangan sistem penilaian kinerja.

Berangkat dari kondisi yang berupa rendahnya Angka Partisipasi Kasar (APK) dan rendahnya Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemitraan antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat dan tingkat sosial ekonomi masyarakat dalam mendorong para tamatan sekolah untuk melanjutkan sekolah ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi dan mendiskripsikan faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam peningkatan APK.

Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif sedangkan format penelitiannya adalah format deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah para aktor dan pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders) dalam peningkatan APK dan peningkatan IPM yang ditentukan secara purposive. Tehnik pengumpulan datanya adalah focus group discussion (FGD) dan dibantu oleh tehnik pengumpulan data dokumentasi, wawancara, maupun observasi.

Temuan penelitian ini sebagai berikut: kemitraan antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat dalam peningkatan APK sudah berjalan, namun perlu upaya-upaya peningkatan. Faktor pendukung upaya peningkatan APK adalah menggeliatnya industri rumahan yang menyokong dari sisi ekonomi untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi.

Technological developments are increasing, especially in this era 4.0, with information getting faster, it is feared that the exploitation of marine resources is increasingly massive. The purpose of this study is to remind local wisdom that it must still ensure, for the environment and natural resources remain in balanced conditions, such as the existence of sasi customary in Southwest Maluku (MBD). The study was conducted using qualitative methods through focus group discussions, with the MBD District Government, students, lecturers, and researchers from Pattimura University and the Indonesian Maluku Christian University, and the people of Ambon and MBD Group. Everyone in MBD uses marine resources, the community still values in preserving it by maintaining the tradition of sasi and regulating various rules that have been set, so the marine resources still maintains between generations.

This study aims to examine the efforts of the Marine and Fisheries Food Crop Service Office of Bantul Regency in optimizing the management and marketing of fisheries production. In addition, to find out the access of fisheries SMME (Small Micro Medium Entreprise) to digital marketing. The study apllied qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection techniques through indepth interviews, documentation techniques, FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and participatory observation. Techniques for analyzing qualitative data include (a) data collection; b) data reduction c) data presentation; d) conclusion and verification.

The research results demonstrate that the Bantul Agriculture and Fisheries Food Service Office's efforts in optimizing the management and marketing of Fisheries Production included the promotion of marine fisheries products; institutional improvement of marketers group, holding of training for marketers and monitoring of fisheries product quality circulating in the community. The constraints faced in mastering digital marketing are largely due to the lack of understanding of marketer about internet usage and not having workers who understand information technology. Strategic steps for strengthening SMME can be pursued through the addition of frequency of training, comparative studies and intensifying mentoring of digital marketing literacy to groups.

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengembangkan manajemen fungsional berbasis digital pada Usaha Kecil dan Mikro (UKM) di Kabupaten Majalengka dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja dan daya saing usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan kualitatif, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 111 pengusaha yang ditentukan berdasarkan accidental sampling dari berbagai bidang usaha. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa UKM di Majalengka termasuk kelompok pengusaha off line, namun demikian untuk generasi millenial termasuk potensial untuk dikembangkan menjadi bisnis online dasar bahkan menengah. Bergabungnya pengusaha milenial pada kelompok usaha tertentu menungkinkannya untuk menjalani program digital, berupa peer-to- peer contact, transfer pengetahuan, pelatihan, dan intervensi. Program digital untuk manajemen fungsional, diantaranya pemanfaatan e-commerce, supply chain management, fintech, peer-to-peer lending, pelatihan online, dan kerangka pengetahuan on-line.

Pengaruh E-Service Quality terhadap E-Satisfaction pada Pengguna Aplikasi Mobile

Indonesia is one of the most internet and smartphone user countries in the world. The concept of digital economy began to emerge in the last decade of the 20th century. The digital economy includes extensive activities, and to support these activities, mobile applications are used, such as e-commerce mobile applications, and internet banking. This study uses qualitative research methods, the data sources of this study were obtained from literature. The data collection technique used is literature review. Data were analyzed by referring to qualitative data analysis techniques, by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The object of research in this study is mobile application users. The independent variable in this study is e-service quality (X), and the dependent variable in this study is e-satisfaction (Y). Based on the results of the research obtained, it was found that the e-service quality variable had a significant effect on e-satisfaction on service products, or intangible products. But in applications that provide tangible products or physical products, the mediating variable must be considered, such as experiential value.

This study aims to determine the effect of social media use, electronic word of mouth (e-wom), and
trust as mediating variables on consumer purchasing decisions. In the development of technology and
information the use of social media is used to support lifestyle and in seeking information users use
social media that combines reviews, comments, images, photos and videos. The use of social media
creates attachments that can lead to EWOM. With the development of social media and information
that is easier to obtain, user trust is more important. In several studies that have been carried out
using social media, Ewom, and trust can influence consumer purchasing decisions. The method used
in conducting this research is a literature review method from several journals that have been
previously studied in several countries. In this study it was found that the results of social media use
were directly influential but not significant, electronic word of mouth (EWOM) directly had a significant
effect on purchasing decisions, the use of social media mediated by trust had a positive influence on
purchasing decisions, and electronic word of mouth mediated by trust has a positive impact on
purchasing decisions.)

This study examines the influence of sad emotional advertising that influences consumer empathy on social media and the influence of social identity for consumer empathy and engagement after seeing these sad emotional advertisements. This study uses a review literature by reviewing previous studies. This study uses a Qualitative Method by processing data using a literature review. The results obtained from this study that sad advertising has a positive influence on empathy that encourages positive consumer behavior towards advertising, thus providing motivation for consumers to provide engagement with sad advertising, besides that this study found that social identity has an important role that is able connecting empathy with engagement on social media.

The study was made to analyze the factor of privacy, security and trust to the decision of doing transaction in e-commerce from the view of people who lived in Jakarta. This research uses qualitative method with secondary data that is collected from journals. The journals are taken from journals who have the similarity and the same discussion about the variables which been used in this research. The analysis method used in this research is literature review which are done by summarizing all of the journals to get one good result. The result of this research shows that the variables of privacy, security and trust all have significant power to the decision of doing transaction in e-commerce.

This paper attempts to analyze the effect of merger and acquisition toward public banking company in
Indonesia. There is three merger and acquisition transaction that become a sample in this research
which are acquisition of PT Bank Agroniaga Tbk by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, acquisiiton of PD
BRP LPK Jalan cagak dan PD BRP LPK Garut kota, and acquisition of PT Central Sentosa Finance
by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Three years before and after merger and acquisition periodes are used
for measuring financial performance after merger and acquisition.This research used litterature review
from nine previous research about merger and acquisition. In this research, we found that mergers
and acuqisitions are not boosting the profitability of the public banking company while the liquidity of
the company improve but not significanly and solvability of the company improve significanly after
merger and acquisition. However, the effect of merger and acquisition can be change as time goes by.

Business opportunities in rural areas are still very limited, from the aspect of the number and variety of business types. Productive economic activities that are seen as job opportunities are still fixed on the traditional agricultural sector. This condition encourages most young people to seek employment opportunities in the city, because urban areas are considered to have more work choices. In addition, it is also considered easier in the city to develop a business. As a result, economic growth in rural areas slowed. Meanwhile, the high flow of urbanization has also caused various problems in urban areas. This study aims to analyze how the influence of the development of social entrepreneurship in overcoming the problem of the availability of employment opportunities in rural areas. Specifically the purpose of this study is to see how social entrepreneurship developed by a young entrepreneur in the field of mushrooms can play a positive role in the process of family economic empowerment, especially for rural communities in Majalengka Regency. This descriptive research uses qualitative methods, which are intended to examine problems more deeply and comprehensively (Davis, 2005). This research refers to how to study the qualitative aspects of social life, including the various social dimensions of actions, attitudes, thoughts of social entrepreneurs. In addition, the conditions of the business are analyzed, including processes and events, which are based on construction and meaning organized by the practices of social entrepreneurs related to the main problems of this research.
