    Abstract

    The study was made to analyze the factor of privacy, security and trust to the decision of doing transaction in e-commerce from the view of people who lived in Jakarta. This research uses qualitative method with secondary data that is collected from journals. The journals are taken from journals who have the similarity and the same discussion about the variables which been used in this research. The analysis method used in this research is literature review which are done by summarizing all of the journals to get one good result. The result of this research shows that the variables of privacy, security and trust all have significant power to the decision of doing transaction in e-commerce.
